Privacy policy
What we collect. When you check out, we collect what's needed to complete your order: your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. Payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. XCIV.ai never sees or stores your full card number. Like most online stores, Shopify also collects basic device and browsing information (such as IP address and browser type) to run the store and prevent fraud.
How we use it. We use your information only to:
- Process your payment and fulfill your order.
- Email you your download link and order confirmation.
- Answer your questions and handle support or refund requests.
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your data. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Shopify. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes and stores order information on our behalf. You can read Shopify's privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Marketing emails. We'll only send you marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email.
Your choices. To ask what information we have about you, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, email zack@xciv.ai. We may need to keep some order records for tax and legal reasons.
