Terms of service

1. Who we are. This store is run by XCIV.ai, 1020 Maize Rd, Colby, KS 67701. By buying from this store, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying. You're buying a license to use the XCIV.ai Opponent Scouting Worksheet, a printable PDF. You're not buying ownership of the worksheet itself. XCIV.ai keeps all copyright and other rights to the design and content.

3. Your license. Each purchase is licensed for use by one coaching staff (one team's head coach and assistant coaches). Under that license you may:

• Print as many copies as you want for your own team's use.
• Save the file on your staff's own devices.
• Fill it in by hand or digitally for your own scouting.

You may not:

• Resell, share, upload, post, or give away the file or printed copies to anyone outside your coaching staff.
• Pass it to other programs, schools, clubs, or coaches. Each staff needs its own copy.
• Edit it and sell it or hand it out as your own product.

Need copies for several teams or a whole school or club? Email zack@xciv.ai about a multi-team license.

4. Pricing and payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect orders you've already placed.

5. Delivery. The worksheet is delivered digitally. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

7. No warranty. The worksheet is a planning tool, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise any particular outcome on the court. How you use your scouting is up to you.

8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, XCIV.ai's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.
