XCIV.ai Player Development Plan (Printable PDF)

Turn "work on your game" into a plan.

The XCIV.ai Player Development Plan is an 8-page printable plan you build with each player: one shared 1–5 skill scale, honest self and coach ratings, real SMART goals, and notes from the 1-on-1 meetings that make players buy in. It uses the same clean, printer-friendly layout as the XCIV.ai scouting worksheets and works for middle school, high school, and AAU.

What's inside (8 pages):

• Cover + plan checklist
• Player profile: info, positions, the player's own goals in their words, role this season, offseason access and availability
• Skill criteria: what a 1, 3 and 5 look like for ball handling, shooting, finishing, passing, defense, rebounding, basketball IQ, conditioning, and leadership
• Skill assessment: self rating plus coach pre-, mid- and post-season ratings for all 9 skills, totals, and a "where we see it differently" section
• Strengths & growth areas: top 3 of each, plus Stop / Start / Keep and a coach summary
• SMART goals: 3 season goals and 2 offseason goals with baseline, target, deadline, weekly action, and result
• 1-on-1 meeting notes: pre-season, mid-season and post-season, with talking points and agreed actions
• Progress check-ins (13 rows), season results, and a player/coach/parent sign-off
